Hutoupo is named so because it looks very much like the head of a tiger when viewed from an oblique angle of the highway. There is nothing extraordinary here in itself. However, watching the sunset here is truly very pleasant. The view is wide, and the shadows of dusk are reflected on the sea surface. Many tourists take pictures here to commemorate their visit. It is well worth a try.
