The red brick two-story building with its arched porch structure is distinctive, suggesting that the original owner valued the quality of life. This building once served as the office of Yongchang Coal Mine and is currently managed and maintained by Mr. Tsai Hsin-chien, the grandson of the original owner. It is open all year round, available for visits 24/7.
