Wenchang Temple

The Wenchang Palace is located in Minxiang Park, between Shuanglian Station and Minquan West Road Station of Taipei Metro. It is a temple mainly dedicated to the Wenchang Emperor. In the main hall of this palace, the Wenchang Emperor is worshipped. In the side halls, there are figures such as Master Wenkui, Lord in Red Robe, and Emperor Guan Sheng. The incense is flourishing. Many believers, especially students, come here to pray for success in the imperial examinations. They can light the Wenchang Bright Lamp, Kuixing Champion Lamp, Tai Sui Peace Lamp, etc. to pray for themselves and their relatives and friends. Opening hours: Open from 07:00 to 21:00 all year round. The specific business status is subject to the opening situation on that day.
