This museum was established to preserve cultural relics from the prehistoric Iron Age, making it the first archaeological-themed museum in Taiwan. The museum complex includes the main building and the Sunshine Square. The main building houses a variety of important cultural relics on permanent display, special exhibition halls, and archaeological learning experience rooms. Visitors to the Thirteen Rows Museum can learn about the life of the Thirteen Rows people, who had iron smelting technology over a thousand years ago, as well as the vibrant trade activities of that time. The rich culture is well worth a visit.
