Yancheng Sanshan King Temple, also known as Yancheng Temple, is a temple dedicated to the Three Mountain Kings located in Yancheng District, Kaohsiung City, and serves as the spiritual center for the Yancheng community. The temple was established by ancestors who migrated from the mainland’s Minnan region to Dagou (present-day Kaohsiung), recognizing the potential benefits of fishing and salt production in the area. They built simple bamboo and thatched dwellings to live in and brought their revered Three Mountain Kings to be enshrined here. The temple is open year-round from 05:30 to 21:30.
