The Yuanshan Archaeological Site is located within the Yuanshan Natural Landscape Park. It is a prehistoric site discovered in the Yuanshan area of Taipei in 1897. Excavations in 1954 revealed prehistoric shell mounds along with ancient pottery, stone tools, bone tools, and horn tools. The site is open year-round from 08:00 to 17:00; however, the specific business status is subject to the daily opening conditions.
