This is a highway system that connects the east and the west. It extends all the way from Dongshi in Taichung to Taroko National Park in Hualien. Here, you can detour to a series of scenic spots such as Lishan, Wuling, or Taroko. Moreover, the landscape here changes with the four seasons. The scenery along the way is absolutely superb!
