Fuding Jinbao Temple is located in Sanmin District, Kaohsiung City. The temple history dates back to the ninth year of the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty. It is a Taoist temple that primarily worships Marshal Zhongtan and the Third Prince. The residents of Fuding Jin welcomed the statue of Marshal Zhongtan, and the temple was established in the ninth year of the Guangxu period.
After World War II, the temple was rebuilt at the intersection of Jinxiang Road and Dingjin Middle Street. After several renovations, it was moved to the south side of Linnei Mountain, next to the Golden Lion Lake, where it remains today. The original site has now been transformed into a building for incense burners and a market. The temple is open all year round from 5:30 to 22:00.
