Located in Anping District, Tainan City, the German merchant Tung Hsing Trading Company, originally named ‘Julius Mannich & CO’, is one of the five foreign trading companies in Anping. The building has been transformed into the ‘Anping Foreign Trade Memorial Hall’. Inside the hall, visitors can explore the history of Anping Port’s foreign trade and objects related to Germany. Outside the building, there is an open-air restaurant for visitors to take a break. The hall is open all year round, Thursday to Sunday, from 10:00 to 18:00.
