Yong Jianqiu’s Former Residence is located along Xinhua Road to the east, facing Ma Chang Road to the south, adjacent to Hebei Road to the west, and bordered by Munan Road to the north. Constructed with a brick and wood structure, the building covers an area of 1728 square meters and stands three stories tall. The exterior is entirely finished with cement, featuring a sloped roof with cylindrical tiles and overhanging eaves.
The first floor entrance is a rectangular archway, with each side of the second floor waistline adorned with a balcony, guarded by cement floral railings. A square turret protrudes from each side of the building, with a side door at the base. The first and second floors are relatively large in volume, with a symmetrical layout on the main facade, while the third floor recedes in the middle, creating a strong sense of hierarchy.
